If you want a change for your own mistake, such as incorrect understanding of the description of the product or wrong choice of product while you want another product, then the change is accepted but the return and re-shipping expenses will be charged to you. In this case, it is only possible to change a product once. If you want a change for a defective product or a product that is not what you ordered, then the change of the product will be made and the shipping and return costs will be charged to us.
